Every year, the South Auckland Woodturning Group hold an Easter Show of woodturning. The latest 2017 Show results, via the link below, show some of the stunning entries. Dick Veitch, who visits Dave Muckle’s group and Ryedale Woodturners in July this year, seems to have received a lot of top prizes! Scroll down through the images, and I’m sure you will be impressed:
Pouring honey pot.
A very original and unusual piece of turning spotted at the North of England Woodworking Show at Harrogate this year (2017). It was on the West Riding Woodturners stand, and had won first prize at the club competition in January 2017. It was turned by club member Phil Jackman.
